I am concerned about the metal that comes off of cast iron pans. I poured water out of the cast iron pan and it was muddy black tinted water. Is cast iron really safe? Should I use ceramic or something else instead?
Phenoxyethanol, how bad is it and at what quantity? I find most "natural" skin care products contain this in their ingredient listing as an alternative to parabens to preserve the product. But how safe is it?
